Gonzalo Zubieta

A life beside leaders

Gonzalo Zubieta lived the race toward an IPO from the inside and gave it everything, until, one month before the finish line, his body said enough: burnout. He had become what he did. He had a mission. He had no purpose. That's where his reinvention began, and it's where what he teaches comes from: not from a book, but from a road he walked first.

Today he is CEO and founder of Emet Partners, a management consulting firm, and executive director of two technology businesses. He works in business transformation and strategy implementation with Fortune 500 companies and family businesses. He has worked with more than 1,500 leaders in more than 20 countries across North America, Central America, Latin America and Europe. He created Flow Inside Out™ and, later, Flow Coming Out™ and Flow Reaching Out™.

He has received international recognition as best speaker and best professor at the top three universities in Latin America. He supports YPO Forums and spoke at LALS 2013, LALS 2015 and LALS 2016.
